As a National Finance and Benefits Company, Truck Loan Solutions (TLS) has set a Processing Fee schedule for it’s applicants. Upon applying for a loan, you agree to pay an processing fee of $49.95. This is a non refundable fee and does not guarantee this we will get you financed for your equipment. This processing fee covers the cost for us to get you a loan. The cost is the same if we are successful in getting you a loan or not. As such, you have provided TLS with the following payment information to process your application. For security purposes, you will need to process your payment with PayPal. You must  electronically sign and submit this application in order for TLS to start working on your loan.

By my signature, I authorize “TLS”: (and/or their authorized Lenders) to run a credit report and verify the information I have provided.   I understand that “TLS” will be acting as an agent on my behalf, and therefore dose not approve, deny, set the rate and terms, guarantee loan approvals or discriminate against anyone for any reason.   As a part of this search, I fully understand my credit request may be presented to multiple credit issuing companies and/or search companies including (but not limited to) Banks, Finance Companies, Credit Card Issuers, and “The Lending Tree”.  I agree to “hold harmless” “TLS” from any and all legal actions that may come as a result of a disputed matter with my Service Provider or Vendor.
